Mission to the treed hill as a final winter ride for 2019 ahead of the official start of the Australian spring. Longer days and a hankering for the less oft traversed route, further afield, empty roads, sun penetrating my leathers. The land proffering warmth, coaxing forth a thaw, a welcome respite. The heating land creating air currents pushing the wild antarctic southern fronts away, for now. A beautiful day to be; I am being me and in my being seeing me without from within.
